T James Electrical Ltd offer maintenance contracts based on the customer needs; in doing this we are able to offer a comprehensive maintenance package to produce the best value possible. Structured, planned maintenance and preventative maintenance has several benefits such as forecasting costs and scheduled visits to prevent disruption to your business. Customers can be confident that their equipment is in full working order and future problems are found before they become a problem.

The process is simple, one of our experienced contract managers will arrange a convenient time to visit your premises and go over the kind of service you require. You will then be sent a detailed quote covering all the maintenance available for your company.

We offer a reminder service for all your PAT testing, 24 hour call out, preventative maintenance,   Thermal imaging 6 month or yearly investigation. Our maintenance contracts can include emergency lighting checks in line with current regulation BS5266.

Due to us being NICEIC and ECA certified any electrical work we carry out can be test and inspected by our own staff.  We can offer high quality electrical installations and will prioritise any electrical work requested and offer services at very competitive prices.

Once you have signed a contract with us you will then have 24 hour call out response (the call-out time i.e. within 4 hours, 8 hours etc will depend on the maintenance contract you have taken out with us) We have a team of call out electricians assigned to each maintenance contract which ensures you will have staff that are familiar with your offices and understands the equipment installed on your site.

We have a specialised interest in the Social Housing market and have managed contracts for Corby, Kettering, Stevenage, Cambridgeshire Borough Councils to mention a few.  This experience has given us a broader knowledge of both occupied and vacant housing and fully understand the challenges that come with this line of work.  Due to our close relationships with manufacturers in the business we are able to reduce costs by an average of 10% for our clients which in turn allows us to be more flexible in pricing compared to our customers.
